He was trained in Architecture at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM), University of Technology Sydney (UTS), The AEDES Metropolitan Laboratory Berlin, and Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI)
He is the COO of Seetizens,io, strategic digital agency that works in the AR, VR, Metaverse, Web3.0 and NFT space. He runs multiple practices, as Principal of Qhawarizmi Architect, Director of Praktika Architects Sdn. Bhd. , and Partner of a research think tank, Manifesto of Design and Research in Architecture (MDRXA). In his academic career, he has lectured for a collective eight years at UiTM, Taylor’s University and UCSI University.
He is currently the Malaysian representative, in ARCASIA Committee on Young Architects (ACYA). A recipient of Khazanah Design Residency, PAM Chan Sau Lai Award, and PAM Johnson Suisse Scholarship Award, among others.

Alex is co-founder and partner at Neurons Lab, an AI development firm focused on EnergyTech and HealthTech industries. Nicklaus Gan is a First-Class Honours fresh graduate from Multimedia University (MMU) with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resource Management. Discovering his passion for emceeing during his university years, he actively takes on emceeing roles when available. His past roles include Emcee for various Multimedia University Week of Immersion and Networking (WIN) events and Moderator for Monsta Asia Treehouse Sessions.
He has held past roles such as Team Building Facilitator for Ten20 Events Singapore, Maybank Ambassador 2021 for Maybank Malaysia and Head of Community Development for Monsta Asia.
He has been awarded the Top 10 Malaysia Young Talent Award during the MonStar Awards 2020 by Monsta Asia, the Golden Achievement Award 2021 during the MMU Awards 2021 by Multimedia University and The Experience Awards during the MonStar Awards 2021 by Monsta Asia for his impact and contribution towards Young Talents in their respective communities.
Paired with his drive for learning, he actively seeks ways he is able to improve himself and the lives of those around him. During his free time, he practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kayaking.

Aaron Sarma is an entrepreneur, investor and speaker with experience in technology, digital media and retail.
In 2015, he founded Touristly (which later rebranded to Vidi) which sold to AirAsia in 2017. He served in the group in various capacities to develop travel3Sixty, BigLife and was COO of AirAsia.com. In 2019, he joined the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation as a consultant to work on several national strategy papers.
Currently, he serves as Co-Founder General Partner at ScaleUp Malaysia, an accelerator looking to help startups build and scale to the next level. ScaleUp Malaysia has announced investments in 31 companies and have been recognised as one of the most active investors in South East Asia.
In 2020, he co-founded a venture builder called Remote Ventures that helps entrepreneurs get from zero to one by providing technology support and seed funding. Remote Ventures has powered the launch of startups in entertainment, education, fitness and logistics.
Aaron is passionate about technology and its role in shaping society. He regularly speaks at conferences and various events. He occasionally publishes commentaries on Malaysia's digital development.
