Nicklaus Gan is a First-Class Honours fresh graduate from Multimedia University (MMU) with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resource Management. Discovering his passion for emceeing during his university years, he actively takes on emceeing roles when available. His past roles include Emcee for various Multimedia University Week of Immersion and Networking (WIN) events and Moderator for Monsta Asia Treehouse Sessions.

He has held past roles such as Team Building Facilitator for Ten20 Events Singapore, Maybank Ambassador 2021 for Maybank Malaysia and Head of Community Development for Monsta Asia.

He has been awarded the Top 10 Malaysia Young Talent Award during the MonStar Awards 2020 by Monsta Asia, the Golden Achievement Award 2021 during the MMU Awards 2021 by Multimedia University and The Experience Awards during the MonStar Awards 2021 by Monsta Asia for his impact and contribution towards Young Talents in their respective communities.

Paired with his drive for learning, he actively seeks ways he is able to improve himself and the lives of those around him. During his free time, he practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kayaking.
