Manmohan Kang
Manmohan Kang was called to the English Bar in 1992, having completed his legal education at the English Bar as a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Mr. Manmohan Kang’s comprehensive experience lends versatility to his approach. Mr Kang is a known and experienced litigator handling high court trials, appellate work and international arbitration in shareholder disputes, IP matters (civil & criminal), oil and gas projects and general commercial matters. He also handles a variety of commercial matters in an advisory capacity, having almost 30 years of sterling experience advising clients.
Alongside his practice, Mr Kang is an active Chairman of the Investigative Committees under the Disciplinary Board set up pursuant to the Legal Profession Act 1976 to regulate and maintain the public’s confidence in the profession.
