Khadeja is a Qatari entrepreneur, owner of the HENKS Garden. A life coach and an entrepreneur consultant, Khadeja was awarded the best-leading youth in Qatar in the Fourth Gathering of the Joint Work in the High Official Gulf Corporation Council in 2016.

She has also won the first election as a Youth Committee member and the title of Vice President in the region to provide consultation to the Minister of Culture and Sport regarding the youth issue.
