Before starting in real estate in 1988, Kevin worked in radio as an announcer, salesperson, promotions manager and was General Manager of various radio stations in Queensland and New South Wales.
Now through his various radio and internet shows, he regularly talks to and interviews leading property commentators and property investors all over the world. Through this, he has developed the ability to become one of Australasia’s leading discussion and interview facilitators, extracting information about investing and building strong property portfolios in any economy and running very successful real estate careers and businesses.

He recently merged his production company with Aussie tech company Rush Media Group, who have developed a social media marketing platform for property – Realty.com.au. He maintains an active involvement with RMG as a Company Director, in charge of content and remains as an anchor for some of its shows.
