William Heng
William started his career by driving transformational change in the evolution of technology and self-serve banking experience in the financial industry.
Seeing the need to support businesses regionally to take the digital leap in an ever-changing digital economy, William then led a team to position the bank as a digital ecosystem enabler, and implement the first business transformation programme in Malaysia to support local enterprises' digital adoption to drive growth.
