Weerawat is a Co-Founder and COO at Baania (Thailand) Company Limited. He now oversees business strategy and development, product development & positioning, and strategic partnership model development.

Prior to the current roles, Weerawat has spent 3 years at Urban Design and Development Center and 11 years at Chevron Downstream at country, regional, and global levels in retail marketing and corporate strategy. During this time, he has gained significant international experience leading teams in Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East, Europe, and Latin Americas. The opportunity has also given him exposure to a wide range of leadership skills developed in consulting, business development, marketing solutions & support, supply chain management and all facets of international retail operations. Before his time with Chevron, he has worked at Siam Cement Group in the manufacturing sector.

Weerawat is most passionate about discovering new business opportunities and bringing them to fruition through investment and / or active involvement in management. He is also interested in social entrepreneurship and working with start-ups.
