She is an experienced HR practitioner with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and SaaS industries.

She is actively providing mentoring program and career consultation. Collaborated with global organizations, entrusted to speak at around 30+ notable national and international events.

Her main interest in people, technology, law, and the social-behavioral field has been the driving force of her motivation to participate in various events & competitions. Actively involved in conferences and was chosen to represent Indonesia in numerous international conferences and youth summits, such as Harvard World MUN, Oxford Transitional Justice Research conference, Professional program at Oxford University & Harvard University, also Social summer exchange at National University of Singapore and Chonbuk National University (CBNU).
