Mallory Loone is currently the Co-Founder and Creator of Opportunities of Work Inspires, a People Engagement Company that focuses on Co-Creating Learning Pipelines with sustainable results through interactive learning and engagement solutions. Her entrepreneurship journey started as the youngest Project Director appointed for Junior World Entrepreneurship Forum (Malaysia), a global platform by World Entrepreneurship Forum.

Known as an entrepreneur with a heart for people development, she has worked with companies like Samsung, Loreal, SearchGuru, Oracle, Tony Roma’s etc and has global footprints across countries including Australia, Singapore, and London. During her free time, she is a frequent mentor for Startup Weekend, Axiata Young Leaders Mentor4Mentor Programme to help further develop young talents and startups. Her work has been recognised by President Barack Obama as a trainer and leader of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) and she was also awarded Malaysia’s Most Talented Coaching Leaders in 2019.
