Liya Red is the author of "Trust Overboard", a thought-provoking memoir that was an Amazon UK Best Seller in Social Activist. Her advocacy and awareness of human rights and mental health issues are supported by activists of The United Nations, Women’s Aid Organisation, HELP University, and many more. For the most part, Red grew up in Houston, Texas, where she spent most of her passion in expressive art.

Today, Liya Red is a personal life coach who guides and challenges her clients to a more meaningful life path for themselves. As of 2019, Red was recognised by the British Publishing House as one of the Successful People in Malaysia.
