Jibran currently serves as Asset Manager for roughly 1 million square feet of office space in the Washington DC metro and assists with new acquisition opportunities (commercial and residential) for Tishman Speyer, a global builder, owner, operator, and fund manager of class A real estate. Jibran holds a B.Sc. and M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, along with a M.Sc. in Urban Spatial Analytics from University of Pennsylvania School of Design. Jibran previously interned for Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs in New York and IQI Global in Malaysia. Prior to his real estate career, Jibran worked in Business Development roles for HotelTonight, a hotel booking app acquired by Airbnb for ~$400M USD in 2019.
