Starting his journey in his early 20s at Rothmans, then to MHE Demag, moving on to IKEA Trading (not IKEA Store), and finally progressing to Grey Advertising Malaysia, Hardeep's natural flair in sales, marketing, promotions and events management was obvious from the word "go" at each organisation. Not only was he a street smart cookie weaving through the tough business with grit but he also gained much recognition being a team player within the industry.

At Grey Advertising, Hardeep was part of the core team to set up the Merchandising Department before moving on to BAT Brand Team and finally being part of the core team again in setting up the Operating Centre (under the G2 banner of Grey Advertising) which specialised in Promoters Management and Events Assistance. As part of the BAT Brand team, he was responsible for preparing brand plans and executing the events and promotions for KENT’s new brand direction in 1997. An A-Team that went on to put up the BEST rave parties in town under the KENT banner. This was the journey that created many firsts for him and solidified his presence in the advertising and events industry.

At G2 Operations Centre, he was responsible for brand building, planning on-ground promotional plans, managing the execution and conducting post-evaluation reports for a host of Grey Advertising, G2 and independent clients. Clients include British American Tobacco (Kent, Dunhill & Pall Mall), Nestle (Nestea), Shell Malaysia (Shell Platinum Program - Dealer Loyalty Program & Forecourt Crew Program), Procter & Gamble (Pantene, Pringles & Olay Road Show), Britannia Brands (Jacobs Biscuit), Maybank (Maybank 2U) and Kapal Api (coffee).

After 7 years at Grey Advertising, Hardeep took the challenge and ventured into unknown territory - the publishing industry. Working for Cosmetic Surgery & Beauty (CS&B) magazine taught him the ropes of the industry and gave him the necessary tools to take over as its publisher in 2015. The magazine has grown leaps and bound under Hardeep's direction, currently taking a 180-degree turn by being lockdown-friendly. CS&B magazine is now fully online and has taken a step further by reaching its readers in real-time through online LIVE sessions with doctors and specialists. As a rising entrepreneur, Hardeep keeps upping the ante with his business's savviness. He currently also runs a logistics franchise, KirimMan in Seremban, with plans of opening more outlets around Negeri Sembilan.
