Dr Bay is the founding director of Exal Group, a passionate property developer and entrepreneur. He plays the primary role in the company’s companies strategic planning, and any business development has been instrumental in securing iconic development opportunities for Exal and its partners. Bay is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and values the importance of good corporate governance.

Bay is also hands-on with the delivery of vital iconic projects in Exal. He is trained as a civil and construction engineer, holds a PhD in civil engineering and is a chartered professional engineer with Engineers Australia. He has worked for international consulting firms on major capital projects in Australia. He has published multiple journals and conference papers and was recognised by Engineers Australia in 2012 as Western Australia Young Engineer of the Year.
