Daniel Ho is the co-founder of IQI and Juwai IQI. He has served as IQI’s Group Managing Director since its establishment, building IQI into one of the top real estate firms in South East Asia. IQI is widely recognized as a pioneer of end-to-end technology-based real estate with offices spanning over 15 countries including 5 regional hubs in Malaysia, Vietnam, Dubai, Canada, and Australia. As Group Managing Director of Juwai IQI, Daniel has led the merging of two super-brands into one of Asia’s largest and most successful PropTech companies.

Pioneering entrepreneur, author and public speaker, Daniel is responsible for developing
and overseeing the execution of group-wide strategies covering products, sales, marketing, and development to ensure that Juwai IQI stays in the forefront of the industry.

With his global and regional expertise in real estate, Daniel is on the advisory board of several publicly listed developers to provide services around concepts and commercialization strategies for new developments. Daniel has over 20 years of global and regional experience in the corporate, business markets and real estate. He brings with him expertise in strategy, operations, fundraising, investment and new market development.
