Drawing from the fields of social innovation, purpose economy, sustainability, philosophy, and change leadership, Catalina aims to equip young people with the mindset, tools, and knowledge to become agents of positive change. Currently, she is leading the accelerator program at ThinkZone, helping startup founders in Vietnam apply design thinking and human-centered design methodologies to their product development process. She is also teaching social innovation and change leadership to the youths in Vietnam.
