C.J. has a 2nd Upper Honours in Management from the University of London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from De Montfort University. He is a certified Masteries Practitioner with the International Association of Coaches (IAC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified scrum master. He is accredited in various assessment tools such as OD-Tools Trait Map and Motivation Questionnaire, the Cultural Navigator, TTI DISC, Belbin Team Roles etc. In 2021, C.J. co-authored the Sales Map sales proficiency assessment tool with OD-Tools.
