Currently the President for Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), Bavani comes from an IT background. She has been involved in the training industry for the past 10 years. Prior to that, she has been in the sales line for both IT and training industry.

Her passion has always has been in the area of learning and development from a young age as she is from a background where there are a lot of teachers in the family. She is also very curious about understanding a person’s cognitive abilities and behavioural characteristics.

This has led her to study and get certifications on psychometric assessment tools.
