Anuar Husin began his career as Property Valuer in 2002 with private valuation firms known as MN Associates Sdn Bhd. He then continued with Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd before joining a corporate entity, Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB), in 2003 as Senior Property Executive.

In 2007, he spread his corporate career with AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd) under AmInvestment Group until 2018. He was mainly involved in property acquisition, investment and asset management for Asset Under Management (AUM) of RM1.6b. He then left as Senior Manager, Property Management, prior to joining Tenaga Nasional Berhad as Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Forecasting, REVD. His achievement at TNB was realizing a cost recovery initiative, improved rent reversion, and optimized cost through rental management. In addition, he is a crucial member of Asset Commercialization, including the Smart City initiative and sustainability.

He holds a Master in Property Investment and a double degree in Real Estate and Finance, respectively. He graduated from University Technology MARA. He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and Certified Business Valuer accredited by the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IAVCS). He holds various professional membership including but not limited to Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Member of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Member of Business Valuers Malaysia (BVAM), Member of Property & Facility Managers Malaysia (MPIFM).
