arising therefrom;
4. Any third-party websites, applications or software directly or indirectly accessed through links or hyperlinks while
accessing the Convention and any errors, losses or damages arising from such access;
5. Inability to access the Convention or any portion thereof due to technical error; or
6. Problems or technical malfunction of any computer or other electronic device as a result of accessing the
Convention.
